In my approach to therapy, I am guided by the belief that every person is an individual story—one that may fit within certain diagnostic categories, yet remains unique and unrepeatable in the way life is experienced, from its very first moments.

My area of interest and ongoing professional development is psychosomatics, and how it subtly connects elements of a person’s inner emotional world with their physical health.

The narrative of attachment theory is particularly close to me, as it represents the first template through which a person connects with the world. I especially value working with mothers/parents facing challenges in the parent-child relationship.
